Why three roots
Ecclesiastes 4:12 says a cord of three strands is not quickly broken. That's the whole philosophy: a rental only works when the owner, the resident, and the manager are all pulling the same direction, and it's our job to keep those three strands wound together.

Meet Alex Whyte
Owner, Three Roots Property Management
Alex is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, a husband, and a father of three who moved his family to the Treasure Valley and never looked back. He grew up watching his father and grandfather flip homes and deal in real estate, and he's been a licensed agent here for years as The Rugged Realtor. Three Roots is the natural next step: managing the homes he's helped people buy, with the same attention to detail the Coast Guard instilled in him.
His hope is simple — to use his gifts and his heart to serve others. That's the standard every owner and resident can hold him to.

Meet Shauni Whyte
Director of Operations
Shauni Whyte brings extensive administrative experience to Three Roots Property Management — five years as an administrative assistant and secretary, plus ten years managing records, schedules, and communication as an educator. Growing up with a father in real estate and property management gave her an early familiarity with the industry, and her master's degree in teaching rounds out a background built on organization, clear communication, and people-first problem-solving. She brings the same care to every owner and resident that she brought to her classroom for over a decade.
